 Medway Information Advice and Guidance Survey 2018

Every year we collect information on the school, college and employment choices of 16 and 17 year olds living in Medway. We have a duty to report to government on these choices. Please could you help us by updating us on your choices and contact details by completing the following survey. Please note that whilst we collect contact information so we can keep in touch with you, only information about your education and employment choices will be reported to the government.

If you are aged 16 or 17 and complete this survey you will be entered into a prize draw to win one of five £10 Amazon vouchers. The winners will be drawn on Friday 9th November 2018.
